SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Rarely, orders may not be in stock and therefore will be processed in no more than 2 weeks. In this case you will be notified via email to have the option to opt out of the purchase.

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

RETURN POLICY

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt/packaging for a full refund (less shipping costs) or within 30 days for store credit or exchange only. Items received as a gift are only eligible for exchange or store credit & must be accompanied by a gift receipt. All sale purchases are FINAL.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise (i.e. strollers, car seats) returned without all original packaging (including all unopened plastic bags) & box.

All returns may be shipped via the carrier of your choice with original packing slip. It is our recommendation that you choose an insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. However, should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately, & we will arrange to have the item picked up.

If you would like to exchange or return an item (for store credit) that you have received as a gift, please follow the same shipping instructions & note "exchange" or "store credit" on the packing slip. You may contact us via email or by phone with any questions. We will process the exchange as quickly as possible. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges (unless the item arrived damaged).
